A combination of deep richness and rich milk sweetness. Their taste is by far the best of the more than 30 roasters we have visited and we are proud to work with them.

Stali uses only selected coffee beans with a coffee score of 80 or higher. It is a specialty coffee without any doubt. We mainly use two blended coffees for espresso.

Our barista always strives to improve their skills.

StAli is more than just a coffee supplier. Their education system is excellent and they are generous in teaching their skills. We regularly invite instructors from StAli to constantly improve our skills.

We combine our unique skill with StAli to achieve even higher coffee quality.

We also offer single origin coffee. Unlike blended coffee, by using only one type of beans, you can enjoy different aromas and tastes depending on the variety, cultivated land, climate, etc.

This coffee is only available in black coffee with a filter hand drip that allows you to enjoy the difference.
